The most friendly and pleasant cadre (a small group of people specially trained for a particular purpose or profession) of enthusiastic go getter's you will ever encounter in any professional establishment in so far as employee professionalism; customer service; ease of business arrangements and superb Texas hospitality; this location even has like a super awesome John Ross "J. R. " Ewing Jr. style leather ranch couch that is like floating in a vapor cloud of gooey goodness and sublime comfort.

My experience was Awful.. we found a water damage on some of our furniture and I requested the manager to take a look at it and the manage was trying to blame on us instead of looking at possible leaks. He shouting saying people deliberately do it for the money.. what kind of person is that? I was not even asking anything and he was shouting on us in front of movers. We could clearly see the leaks on the sealing but he is saying it is moisture. It's not a major damage but the attitude he showed was very upsetting.

We are in the middle of a big transition in our lives and have been stressing about the cost of moving that just keeps getting larger. We stopped in this location and were taken back by the friendly staff and how clean the facility is. Renee and Tim worked hard to understand our needs and showed us multiple size units to insure were getting the right amount of space at a reasonable cost.They took the time to explain the ins and out to insure we were getting all of our needs met. My wife and I can rest easy knowing that our whole Life will be safe in this facility. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone needing to store their belongings!
