I went in to close my account and Phil, at the East Hillsborough location, was amazing. He made the closing easy and he is an awesome people person.

Liz was amazing and very helpful. The storage is priced very well and they follow through with their promises. I requested to use the truck to move and was immediately informed it was booked which allowed me to plan ahead of time. Best storage unit I  have ever had to use hands down. Would recommend to anyone!!

I stored here for about a year. It was always clean and well lit. When I moved out I moved to a different state suddenly. A friend of mine told me they removed the few small items that were left but management of the facility discovered remaining items. Elizabeth kept in contact with me cor three weeks, continuously checking until the items were removed. She was incredibly helpful and understanding given my unique circumstances.  I would reccomend this facility to anyone in the area.
