The facility is well kept. Units are in great condition. The manager, Joel, was extremely helpful. Any question or concern I had, he had an immediate, reassuring response. This is my first time renting a storage unit and based off my experience I have nothing negative to say about this location or my experience. Two thumbs up!!

After searching many self storage units co-located to my rental, I stopped in here at lunch on Monday. Todd discussed the various rental sizes and costs associated, including insurance and then took me for a tour of the facility actually opening a vacant unit to verify the size I had inquired about. I went back the following day and rented a unit. If you are looking for exceptional customer service that is what you will get from these guys. Very helpful, units were clean and prices are reasonable. Glad I stopped.

Shopping around for almost anything these days is often exhausting, frustrating, and disappointing. Therefore, it was a most pleasant surprise to find that customer service is indeed alive and well at the LifeStorage store #351 on Highway 72 West, in Madison, AL.  I would like to sincerely thank Joel Sherman, Store Manager, and Brittany, for their professionalism, as well as their kindness.  The fabulous customer service I received absolutely tipped the scales in favor of my renting a storage unit here, rather than at a competitor's store.  I was also extremely impressed with how immaculate the facility is, both inside and out.  I am quite pleased with the entire experience I had here and look forward to my future dealings with Joel and Brittany.  Thank you!

Joel and Todd were awesome! I'd recommend anyone to use this storage facility.  24h access and super sucure.  I'll definitely use next time I need to store suff!!

Excellent service, very competitive rates, and clean...very pleased and drive over 25min past the competition to go! Well worth it! Todd, the Asst manager, was very kind to both me and my family...
