You made our relocation to overseas (and back) so much easier! And what a relief it was during Hurricane Matthew that our belongings were safe! Great touch: very nice bathroom facilities!

Is it strange that I feel nostalgia for our former storage facility? We had a large unit on the fourth floor for almost two years until we bought our new home. The facility is safe, clean, orderly and well maintained. Mr. Paul and Ms. Iris provide top notch customer service.

A very nice facility. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend if you are looking for a storage unit in Saint Augustine.

We had a wonderful experience with Paul Schmid and the Life Storage facility there in St. Augustine. Paul was great to work with and had great support from the customer service of setting up the account to showing us how the facility works, elevators, codes, etc. Paul even checked on me from time to time as we were moving stuff in. Overall 5 star experience - highly recommend the facility to anyone. We thought of another company close by but we would have been out in the sun and in tighter quarters with the truck and unloading. Here at Life Storage you have a large canopy for parking your truck under as you unload, plenty of sturdy pallet dolly's for moving your things and spacious elevators. Couldn't have been easier and they even have cold water fountains in the lobby AND bathrooms! :-)
