I never thought I would be writing a review on a storage place but...Life Storage in Ocean Springs really surprised me. I have been using storage facilities for years through out the country. It always seem so dreary and unpleasant to deal with packing and those storage units. But not here! There great!  Very clean and organized. (Had all the supplies I need for packing etc and with deals 👍)  I was also impressed with how helpful and nice there staff is. No attitude and the staff truly went above and beyond. We were even cracking jokes. I know if I have any questions I could easily pick up the phone and the staff would be helpful and thoughtful with any of my needs. Which is very comforting. Oh and location is perfect and very safe. Thanks Life Storage for making it easy! 🤗

I would have to say that although I have never used a storage place before, that this one would have to set the bar for excellence in customer service, cleanliness and professionalism in all aspects of the storage business.  Tiffany & Gwynne are such incredible managers of this place that everything seems to run effortlessly smooth each and everytime I go in. I like it so much in fact that I have rented 3 storage units from them.  Therefore, I know of what I speak.  I would tell anyone to rent from here even if the drive is a long one for you and makes it difficult.  Once you get here, all difficulty melts into easiness.

I rented  climate controlled unit. They are kept at 78 degrees which fit my needs.

This place is so clean! The staff is professional, kind and helpful, especially Gwynne at the front desk. Prices are reasonable and it appears safe - monitored. All the supplies you need for last minute packaging are available for sale onsite.
