Absolutely the best!!!!!! I made a complete mess of my online reservation. When I walked in the front office staff took care of everything. They made my stressful move a lot easier. Better than the best!!!!

Very helpful and friendly!  We need to move some heavy furniture upstairs and we called the south parkway Life Storage about renting a moving dolly.  We used the dolly to move the furniture upstairs and when we returned the dolly to Life Storage, the person told us there was no charge.
