Honestly don't know what everyone is talking about when they say that the club is dirty or the sales people suck or stuff like that. When I wanted to join, they let me use the club, and then told me that if I wanted to join, they would send me a link and it would be done online. No pressure from the person to do it right then and there, which I loved. The equipment all looks pretty new, and I think they just re modeled the exercise floor. Also love the fact that they have a rock wall on site. Locker rooms are something else. All in all, awesome club. Would recommend.

I have been a member here for 7 years and the club has gone downhill since we first joined. The last straw was today when I went in and tried to cancel my membership and was told that my contract required me to pay through the end of November. I told them that they should not be holding me to something I signed 7 years ago and that as a member who has consistently paid for all of that time, they should not be charging me for an extra month. Unfortunately for, the manager said that there was nothing he could do about it and the corporate office said the same. The only reaction I got from them is that the contract I signed in 2010 required me to pay the extra month. I have had other complaints about Life Time along the way but I feel that my final exchange is indicative of most of my experiences with them. It is a shame because there are some very nice people that work there, they are simply bound by very customer unfriendly corporate policies. Buyer beware.

Been member for many years moved about 10 miles away from club. The people that work in this club are weak no sales skill nothing. They never asked why are you leaving or maybe you can stay for an extra 30 days and see if you like la fitness. And maybe you will not leave no sales skills at all . This is one of the main reasons people leave this club in droves.

Was 4 star but the new Jungle gym sucks and wastes space. They also removed the deadlift machine to make room but I used that machine and I'll never use the useless tubes. What a waste.

I was trying to get the membership price. He think I am not going to be a big spending member. And he was not kind and hung up the phone before I answer his question.
