Apple Valley location is great. I have never had to compete for machines as there are plenty of machines (cardio and weights) and not too many people.The staff are great. One criticism is that I wish the women's locker room had a sauna as well, and not just the men's locker room.

After reading the other reviews, I thought I'd give this Lifetime a try.  What a shock!  The scale is outside the minuscule locker rooms and so are ALL of the towels.  The showerheads are laden with hard water buildup and the shower stalls are dark, full of mold on the curtains, and tiny!  There are a total of three showers, two bathroom stalls, three sinks, two benches and three hairdryers in the women's locker room. I know this is a Bronze-level gym, but in comparison to the Bronze level gyms of New Hope and Women Only-Roseville, it's absolutely awful!  It feels like working out in a closet - similar to Snap Fitness, which is about $35/mo (not $62).  Other than the supernice staff and the lack of people using equipment, I have no idea why this club is frequented.

Not crowded. Easy to get in a good workout. Plenty of free weights and machines.
