Small restroom area: not talking about the locker room. Just the area to use the restroom. (a bit dirty, sometime there's no toilet paper, and there's no toilet covers) 
Equipment is outdated. I wouldn't be surprise if most of the equipments were more than 7 year old. 
Some locker has issue closing or using 
For a gym being this expensive, you'll expect equipments to be up to date. I been to a few planet fitness and those gym have better cardio machine than here. However, they are limit in free weights so I had to find a new gym. 
Example. Stair master have no fan. 
There's only one leg press and it's old as well
As many people stated in their review. Locker room are dirty and equipments are old.  I have yet seen any solution to these complaints. I went this week to see toilet paper on the ground and water wasn't draining well in the shower meaning that it is clogged

Great facility that has everything you need. There is available equipment even during their busiest hour. Locker rooms have private changing area, wet sauna but not dry sauna. That's a let down as I have to go out to the pool area for that. The bathrooms are not kept very clean neither is the locker room floors. They are dirty and wet. I see some employees with the floor cleaning machine but they just use towels to wipe it. Not very sanitary as they are not using any cleaners.

Always go after midnight and really appreciate your 24/7 schedule. Very impressed with cleanliness and really efficient night staff. I believe Jesse is a night supervisor and he never seems to stop working at keeping everything clean and functional. First few visits I had difficulty with the combination lock on my locker and found your staff very polite and helpful at getting my locker open so I didn't have to go home in my towel. I have had memberships in many different fitness centers over the years and this 281 Life Time center ranks number 1 on my list.

Beautiful gym with amazing lockers, pool, and workout equipment. Lifetime never fails to amaze me with their well organized and cleaned gyms. As for customer service, I've had issues with the people at the gym a few times. Personal familial matters went on with an employee at lifetime fitness, and now a few select members of the staff allow it to interfere with their treatment of me and my family as a customer. They need to be taught that drama shouldn't interfere with work.

My wife attends mostly. I joined mostly for the water areas and racquetball. I've slacked off because I don't enjoy the boring😥 hot tub without its blustering water fall that was soo-relaxing with white-water sounds. It's Hard-just sitting there when once you've experienced that waterfall. PLZZ-bring it back..😩
