Had recurring and significant pain in my arm after a fall (nerve impacting strength, range of motion, etc.).  Nicole (physiotherapist) has gotten me back to being able to use my arm and even provided exercises to further strengthen and stabilize it.  No sitting in a room with electrodes! Very interactive and driven by your ability with just a bit of pushing beyond to see how you are progressing.  Nicole was great - very professional and friendly too -- really tailors your exercises etc. to what you have available at home - no expensive equipment or gym membership required.  I would highly recommend!

I broke my wrist on December 5, 2016. I got my cast off on January 18, 2017 and started physiotherapy the next day. Lauren was the woman I saw and she did everything she could to help get my wrist back to normal. When she went on maternity leave in early July, David took over in August and he did everything he could to help get my wrist back  to normal . Today was my last appointment and I have 75 percent of my wrist back They were both compassionate,caring,helpful and they love what they do so much which is to help people feel better.I recommend them both.

I have been going to Lifemark Physiotherapy since I was involved in a motor vehicle accident 3 years ago and the service and understanding that I have received has been phenomenal.  My programme includes Occupational therapy and I have found this to be single most important part of my rehabilitation.  The staff at Lifemark have also helped me navigate the complicated journey with my insurance.  Being able to ask questions and receive answers that have my best interests at heart, not the bottom line, is refreshing and getting results that ultimately will help with my rehabilitation.

I have been attending Occupational Therapy sessions with Christina since my mva a little over two years ago.  It has been pivotal in helping me deal with the many effects of my brain injury.   OT has been able to identify some of my symptoms and refer me to other rehab specialists that specialize in those areas.   Someone who can think clearly for you when you can't do it yourself has been so helpful.  Teaching me how to relearn, step by step, with a focus on improvement as the goal has been the single most important part of my rehab.

Christina Dorcas is the Occupational Therapist I see and my experience with her and Lifemark has been great! She has helped me so much over the past two years and continues to do so. I've also seen Kellie Renwick and she is fabulous as well.
