I needed a new dentist. Looked him up in my network. Made 1st appt. all went fair, but I thought it was odd that when he spoke - he always closed his eyes. (not sure why - but I was hoping if it was a medical condition then I was in trouble from the start). He drew up a plan and we agreed. The plan fell apart when my crown broke. I went in on "emergency" at 5pm (per instructions) an hr later, he raises his voice and said "Well, there goes the plan and I'm not staying here an hour to pull that tooth. You need a surgeon " and literally threw my chart across the desk to the receptionist. . For 2 days, I sought out a surgeon, when finally Dr McVeity called me and did the surgery. I went back for my follow up and sat in the office for 45 minutes after checking in. I finally left and will never return. Dr Green's manners were beyond disgrace, I was embarrassed for him and his staff at what I took as a "temper tantrum". His staff is kind, Dr McVeity was nice. However, waiting for 45 minutes (at check in she said - I'll tell him you're here, it will be just a moment). without any further acknowledgement showed lack of Customer concern/care. I would NOT recommend, nor will I ever return.
