Very professional.  We have tried several accounting firms & Lifetime Tax was the first to truly take the time to understand our business & offer the best strategy for us.  The entire staff is always friendly, approachable & thorough.

I would not recommend this firm at all.  The prices that Lifetime charges for tax services are outrageous.  Had we at least received enough money back just to cover the Lifetime tax bill, then maybe it would be worth it, but we couldn't even cover our 5,000 + tax bill.  We had a number of deductions as real estate professionals, but ended up owing on our state taxes.  The amount we received back in the form of a refund on our federal taxes was several thousand dollars short of even being able to cover the bill from Lifetime.  Lifetime accountants screwed up our taxes once they were submitted, so we had to keep contacting Lifetime to get them to correct their errors so our taxes could be completed.  This resulted in our "refund" being 600.00 less than what it originally was, thanks to their mistakes.  My wife and I only own eight single family homes and I work full time.  Unless you own a large company with multiple employees, I would not recommend this firm.  The service really took a nose dive when Lifetime bought out the Borg Firm which is who we used before Lifetime bought them out.  We submitted all  of our tax information at the beginning of February, yet our taxes weren't complete until after April 2017.  We used recommended tax software that their advisors, requested that we use,  but that still didn't help with the billing.  We have since consulted with another firm who reviewed our taxes and found multiple opportunities that were missed by Lifetime Tax Advisors.  We have moved our business to another firm more capable of dealing with real estate investors.
