My experience generally in the clinic is very good. The staff are very nice and accommodating and the way the area is set up is also very eye appealing. But essentially I go to the clinic for hair removal not aesthetics. I have been going for over a year for my upper lip and my hair STILL grows back like normal. I have black hair that's fairly thick so a laser can easily pick it up, yet I still have hair growth. I would recommend another clinic for hair removal.

I went to Light Rx with severe acne scarring, uncertain about my options. I got a consulting appointment right away. Marion sat with me & answered all of my questions honestly and presented me with my options one of which was the Venus Viva. I signed up for six sessions. We took pictures and recently did our sixth appointment check in. The results are wonderful. I made the right choice. The nurse I've been working with has been so amazing and supportive & when we reviewed the current results she gave me encouraging feedback that I'll never forget! I signed up for another set of treatments. It feels good to know that Light Rx is taking the treatments as seriously as if they were their own. Highly recommend.

Overall a very positive experience. They go out of their way to resolve any issue and make sure you're happy. When I was getting to the end of my treatments and hadn't gotten full results yet, they met with me and told me that they would continue the treatments.  
The spa is clean and beautiful. 
I have to say that Sarah is beyond phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about her. If you can, request her. She  will listen to and address any concern. She will do everything to make sure you're comfortable and that you are happy with your results. 
Very happy with Lightrx.

I found a great deal for treatment of 4 body parts at a low cost. I was skeptical but did the research and compared this spa center to others in the Baltimore area. The location is clean, staff is friendly and the process was simple and easy. Unfortunately the results of my 12 treatments were only temporary. Not only did the hair grow back once my treatments ended, it grew back quickly and almost doubly in certain areas. Now after having spent thousands, I have even more hair to get removed and I'm nervous about having laser treatments done anywhere. I'm worse off than when I started.

Update: Here's an update. Not only did I not have any lasting results after 12 full treatments to 4 different body parts, I also was charged thousands of dollars in additional fees and interest. No one reached out to me about any of my concerns until I contacted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding the shady business practices and attempted to get a refund. Only after CFPB got involved was I issued a refund. Now almost 4 months after signing paperwork stating I'm owed a full refund, I have yet to see a single dime. Looks like I will have to take even further actions against this company. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have had a great experience and good results at this office. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. It took me almost two years to reach my results, but I'm very happy. I go back about every three months for very minor touch ups only. I definitely recommend this to those that are looking for good results!
