Ligtelyn has a very limited inventory of hotels that they have fee arrangements with.  They steer you to those hotels even though they are generally overpriced and, because of the very limited inventory, often don't meet your needs.  Worse, they misrepresent their hotels (as well as the hotels you find on your own that they don't want you to book).  As one example, they told me that one hotel I found was way too small for our needs while trying to book me into a more expensive room that turned out to be even smaller.  (They were very familiar with both hotels so it was not an innocent mistake).   And they refused to return my "refundable" $150 deposit.
Expedia has much much more selection and is free (don't have to book through them).
