I walked in for a cup of coffee. I gave the coffee a smell to see how fresh it was and i could see out of the corner of my eye the cashier was watching me. I hoped he would offer to make a new pot considering it was very burnt from being on the burner too long, but he did not. I decided to go with a latte but I could not find tops anywhere. I looked for a good minute and again I knew the cashier was looking at me and he never once asked if he could help me or showed me where the tops were. When I walked up to pay it came to $1.59 and I handed him my debit card. He said there was a $4.00 minimum so I said i don't want it. He then said well what do you want me to do with the coffee and would not give me my card back. i said you should have that posted somewhere before someone dispenses the product. he then told me that it costs him $.75 for every charge and that we would share the cost of the coffee and that he'd never put his lips on anything i touched. i said wow and then he said that's right i said it. i then told him i work at wegman's and this is not customer service and he said i don't care where you work. i said i will never come back here and he said good because he doesn't want "my kind" there and i said don't ever come into my store and i left. he then came outside and was making a phone call to someone and i went on my way. after a few sips i dumped the latte out. thank you.
