Stood there for 3-5 5 minutes while she played on her phone. Finally said hi. I ordered. Asked to add something to my order. Looked at me and got back on her phone. Never talked to me again. Stood there again for about 2-3 minutes. Finally I just walked off. Doughnut was fresh and tasted okay but I’d much rather have a good experience

I have been looking at this lil donut/deli shop for over 8 years now and today I have finally decided to give it a go. And man, I'm freaking glad I did. The mini donuts here are probly the best things I have had in a long time. And they are cheap. Got a 15 pack for just over $3, not bad. I'm kicking myself I didn't try this place sooner. At least we discovered this place on our 11year anniversary. Will have to start coming here to make up for lost time :

Came here on a Friday morning looking for a big order of donuts. The lady refused to give me service and just stood there On her phone watching an Asian soap opera. I repeatedly tried to get her attention and when I did and tried to talk about the order she got frustrated because she can’t speak English and told me “go away your not asian” Rudest and most racist  experience I’ve ever had I don’t know why she’s in business. Please never shop here.

The donuts were tasty but over priced for what you get. I also ordered a white mocha,it was undrinkable. Not sure how you mess that up, but we threw them away. A big waste a money.

Best donuts I have ever had and amazing prices. We also had a smoothie which was fresh and delicious. Small place in the Tacoma Mall but so worth it!

Only one person working and doing the making of donuts. So far been here for over 30 minutes. And she is still taking orders. But not making donuts.

Great food, quick service and healthier choices than the rest of the tacoma mall. Don't walk to fast you might miss it, but you can smell the donuts for a few hundred feet. Love this place!

Went and got donuts the young girl in there did not make the donuts she warmed up some donuts and tossed sprinkles on them they were room temperature and she tried to lie in my face saying she made the donuts will never ever spend money with them again nor will I recommend any of my family or friends!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Lack english skills like the word "coffee" and dont seem to care. Just let me walk out of the store literally with money in hand!
