Used to be a nice place until they started letting multifamily renters move in (used to be strictly owner occupancy). Now all of Allentown's trash can move in (ex-cons, child molesters). Ripped up basketball courts so older kids have nothing to do. The white people have become the minority. Rent is OUTRAGEOUS!! Increases $20/month every year for NOTHING!! No improvements - water pressure sucks...move in at your own risk!!!
No water pressure since 1/4/18!!! All the maintenance guy does is smoke pot and is incompetent. He's about as useful as a screen door on a submarine!!!

Have been here 4 years the place is going down day by day. The lot rent goes up every year for nothing. it stands now $699.00 I am moving as soon as I can . Not because of the lot rent because of poor management . They care nothing about residents they only care about the lot rent .They can do nothing for you as a resident but take you to court for this and that ...smh move in  at your own risk .

First 7yrs a wonderful COMMUNITY! New owner and management came lower standards, rentals, poor roads, rules only enforced on whom they choose. They have attempted to improve on the water situational  and the maintenance men try hard. I give them 3 starts management 1,When they have management in the office.
