I've been using this salon since high school, so I decided to bring my 5 and 8 year old there to get a wash and blow out. Everything came out perfect until I saw the small patch of hair that one of the ladies burned, and the small bald spot she created from the heat of the blow dryer (all in my 8 year olds head). When it was time for me to wash her hair, I found out that she had permed her hair without my consent!!! Mounds of her hair was falling out and still is. She has uneven patches throughout her entire head and her hair is completely damaged and thin. My daughters hair was long and beautiful. She has 3a hair type, so there was no need for a perm. I will NEVER, EVER send her back there, nor will I ever suggest this hair salon to anyone...

They are great, the service is great, they are not only professional but are kind. I have been going there for many years now and the owner is a sweetheart and she is always very welcoming. And I always walk out of Lila's looking amazing.
