Good quality and attention to detail. My only complaints stem from the use of fiberglass blown insulation in the attic and the over abundance of 14-2 wiring for branch circuits. An additional sub panel would have been helpful as well.

My wife and I signed on back in March of 2016, after about 11 months the home began to get completed and we were surprised to see after going through several different job superintendents and sales agents that it actually turned out to be perfect in every way.  Takes some patience as a homebuyer these days because of shortage of good sub contractors and other issues that befall a builder. We are glad to be 
living in this development and look forward to our street getting completed within a few months.

Our family recently purchased a new home with Lillian Homes. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail Lillian put in our Home.

It has been an utter nightmare trying to get someone to our home to fix issues after we closed on our home.  The biggest problem is the multiple different project managers they have burned through in a year and a half.  Each time a new one starts we have to start over from scratch to get stuff set up to get completed.  No one feels the need to return a call, and when I call back to see where things are, half the things are forgotten.  I have a front window that needs replaced, brick work that needed to be cleaned, two dead tree's in the front of my house and they were supposed to re-grade my yard due to pooling (flooding water).  They came to re grade it and now it is 100% worse than before.  Beware if you plan on buying a house from Lillian, their warranty department is awful.
