I love Lim's Palace.

Today me and my good friends are going back together. We have many fond memories of this place, and the returaunt owners are KIND people. I am usually a regular customer.
I order the general tsao's chicken. 
It is crispy, and it is my favorite sauce.
Forget the decor issues I see in the comments,
I don't care about decor,  but, to be honest, I like that too. The goldfish tank is very awesome. I like waiting and looking at the fish. My grandfather and mother have told me many memories of Lims. How there was even a roller rink next door. I wish I could have seen it, I know you miss it, but currently, this is my favorite Chinese restaurant. My friends agree with me. They genuinely care about people and are very nice. I think this place deserves much more customers. I don't get the bad reviews at all honestly. Me and my mother go here usually after work. I recommend what I get. I also recommend the sweet and sour shrimp.
My grandmother loved it.

They need to update the recipes. Food too heavy, top much soy sauce, not enuf veggies.

Love this place AND THE DECOR! I went here as a child with my parents, and I haven't found better Chinese food any where in the mid-west.
