Horrible customer service and will take you for your money. Be careful of these sneaky ladies. Didn't want to own up to the mistake she made on a notary she signed off for us and when we called her on her mistake she was very argumentative and rude. Not sure how they stay in business.

If I could give this place no star I would! I accompanied my father to complete his 2015 tax return they over charged for tax preparation at $235!!!! For 2016 I decided to take him to my cpa turns out Lima services filed 2015 with many errors for starters they made an error on mothers dob, did not place the dependants I told them on file it was just mess!!! I will be reporting them to the tax board. Stay away from here!
