On 6/1/2017 I called to ask what breast pump they provide. Paige told me it's the Medela Pump in Style starter kit, so I faxed over my prescription. I called again and Paige verified they got my prescription and said they would call me in 2-3 weeks when the pump was ready. They didn't call. 3 weeks later I called and Gina told me they had NO record of receiving my prescription. The next day I called and spoke to Paige who remembered getting my prescription but apparently did nothing with it for the first 3 weeks. I was again told the pump would be ordered that day and to expect a call in 2-3 weeks when it was ready. 2.5 weeks later Gina called and said the pump was ready. I live in Dallas so I was told to meet their driver in Greenville, which is an hour away. Gina said the driver would call me to arrange a pickup time. The next day no one called. I called Lincare and Gina said the driver would call me in 3 days, on the actual day of pickup. Finally I drove out to Greenville, TX for my long awaited pump. And the driver gave me ... A Medquip Drive Gentle Feed 2. When I asked what happened to my Medela, the driver said they don't provide Medela pumps anymore due to providing this cheap brand instead, and Paige never should have promised me the Medela. He offered to return it but said if I open it then I am stuck with it. At this point I have zero confidence in getting anything else from Lincare, so I take the cheap pump but am afraid to open it. Needless to say Paige wasted weeks of my time lying about what they offer and how quickly it would be available.

Very poor they don't come when they say they will had a Dr order to do oxygen levels on my husband they never came called th they opolijized. But never came
