Awful! Right from the start they lost my paperwork and delayed my supply process. Then a rep called me and threatened to take back the machine when I asked why supplies hadn't been sent. Saying I wasn't authorized-- Really all 10 months I haven't been authorized. She was bullying me into buying the machine. When I said I wanted to call my insurance company she got really nasty with me. She told me I wasn't using the machine, which I was. I called my insurance company and they offered service on my machine because they say that these machines do sometimes log incorrectly. The rep, who is not a technician, then told my insurance that I was wrong and they don't malfunction, after the insurance company already told me sometimes they do. My insurance called Lincare directly to speak with the rep about her behavior. She told them that she was trying to help me, and let me know my records were showing that I wasn't using it and maybe it needed service. This is totally a flat out lie and my insurance company saw through it. They told me the next time she called to tell her I would call her back and then call them and they will directly speak with her. What the rep actually was was telling me that they were going to come to my door and pick up the machine, and bullying me into double dipping by paying for the machine, that has already had at least 8 months of payments on it. They are charging my insurance company $2176 for a machine that costs $398 at any other cpap supplier. NEVER GO HERE if you can avoid it! Dishonest, horrible Customer Service, and their prices are flat out extortion. All about money!
