The corp. office staff, Lincare and the warehouse do not know how to communicate with each other.  You constantly have to call them several times if you have a problem.  One tells you to call the other and they tell you to call the ones that just told you to call them. One hand does not know what the other is doing and they will not communicate with each other for you. Also, when you return something, they don't credit your insurance company.  They just keep the money and resell your returned item (so now they get paid twice for the same item)  Crooks. I'm done with them.
