Awful 8 dollars per hour 12.00 1hr and a half omg I almost have a heartatack super expensive the should do flat rate 20 per day ladronesssss

Ended up finding a open spot on the 5th floor.  Got to the elevator and guess what.  Its out of order.  Waiting and waiting pushing the call button and finally a guy wearing a hertz uniform came up and told us its not working.  Left within 15 min after getting the parking stub so didn't have to pay but they need to post something by the ticket dispenser saying that the elevator isn't working.

Bs $30 flat rate charge for parking after 9, even if you only park for an hour. Nobody is going to check the price while they're busy trying to avoid traffic on Alton.

Best Location in South Beach, prices are fair, specially compared to the parking next door. 
It has an easy access from Alton Road and the exit is in the back which is much better to avoid alton's traffic.
I'm using this parking since 10 years and will never change + you get a discount when you go to the Regal Movie Theater and get your parking tickets stamped!
