Great selection of stores.  Check online for the deal of the day and get an extra sale price. I also downloaded the outlet malls coupon book onto my smartphone and got more discounts on top of the discounts the stores were offering. Got a few great outfits and didn't spend every penny I had! People here always seem to be very friendly. There is a parking garage if you want to walk a little bit extra. Otherwise, you will wait for parking most likely on weekends. There are a few places to snack, and there are restaurants near the outlet malls. They do have public restrooms near customer service which is in the center of the outlet mall area. Well worth the trip.

I would say 4 1/2 stars but only because during peak times getting in and out of the parking area can be tough. Great shopping and good prices though. Don't get too attached to any one store though because it is constantly changing. If you are in Lincoln City and want to shop I would definitely recommend it.

Great place to kick it when the weather isn't cooperating. Plenty of shops to choose from and a few quick bites as well. There is lot parking along with covered garage parking behind the mall.

Great place to go shopping. Wish more stores had places to sit inside. Just to get off feet for a minute.

Love the outlet stores, a little bit of everything and some great deals, will be stopping here again next Time I pass through , I had my 2 dogs with me , it was nice , there was a place to walk my dogs around with  lots of green grass , dog friendly :) Outlet was clean with nice paved side walks to browse around and a couple rest rooms I noticed there was one on each end of the outlet and they were clean.
