Absolutely disgusted at how unprofessional the magistrate today was, she was rude, angry, and hung up on me because she did not have the comprehensive skills to answer a simple question. This lady refused to five her name, refused to do her job and over all was an absolute soar to the Lincoln courts system.

The small claims court is a joke. Don't expect the magistrate to be fair to the consumer. However the  police in Lincoln and at the courthouse are very nice from my experience.

If your just going to the cashiers office the lady’s in there are as sweet as could be I can’t speak for the other parts of the courthouse but the cashiers office gets a 5 star from me

This is a joke. A judged aligned a law into order that you can't have a cellphone in the whole building??? Where do we live?!
