Great place for recreation. I play lots of frisbee golf here! Well kept park. Not always busy.

Lincoln Drive Park has a good balance of green spaces and structures/activities. In the winter they had this tacky holiday drive-through event, but it was still a lot of fun. The dikes are good for sledding in the winter as well.
Then in the summer you can go deep enough into the park that you barely hear the road.
If barbecues and picnics are more your thing there are facilities for that as well!

Volleyball,etc. The smells of the trees and flowers here is amazing! And nice spots right by the lake to picnic, can be romantic, can be fun for families and large groups, overall a super cool relaxing spot away from all the traffic. In evenings less people here. Do the river walk, real romantic hearing the water and watching  birds and squirrels.

The best park in Grand Forks in my opinion. Frolf, dog park, restrooms, shelters, grills, flower garden, river access, playgrounds, and a lot of open space under some pretty trees. Great on your own or in large groups.

Beautiful park along the river. More than 36 holes of disc golf, a boat launch, horseshoe pit, tennis courts, winter activity rental facility, and a 2 fenced dog areas.
