I renewed my license in November for my 21st birthday. My birthday was January 5. I was told my licensd was to be mailed out 10 days before my birthday. I had planned a trip accordingly and a week after it was supposed to ship, it didn't come. I move to DC to intern at a newspaper tomorrow and my license STILL hasn't come. This is just ridiculous. 

So now both my birthday and spring semester in DC has been ruined. Ya'll suck. And everyone is unkind.

I would only have given one star if not for the staff. They do an amazing job of dealing with what is really kind of an absurd situation.The facility is too small. I think that people understandably turn grumpy and rude, when crowded into such a small space. Went for a learner's permit for my son and spent about an hour and a half.

Need something to change so wait time is not 2+ hours. Smokers everywhere outside front door making it impossible to get in or out without smoke blown in your face. This includes not being able to roll down your window if your waiting in the car due to smokers. Should make a designated area in back for smoking as there is too many people coming and going through this place and numerous children that come with mom and dad.
