I have dealt with many attorneys both on a business and personal level and found that Linda is the best attorney in the area. Linda gave me an hour free consultation before I retained her. She kept in constant contact with me and we spoke about all aspects of my divorce proceedings. She showed up timely for all the meetings and court dates. The results of the divorce were allot better then I thought they would be. Linda fought for me and my alimony payments were lower then expected, I got to keep more of my 401k and other asset then I thought I would.

I have recommend Linda to many people and they have all been very pleased with her services.

Attorney Bertolette represented me in a closing recently and did an excellent job. She took her time explaining each document and made the entire process extremely easy. She is an exemplary attorney and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Beware!! This is the Worst lawyer in the area and very expensive. I know I was over charged and she still won't give me an itemized bill!!  I was even even charged for parking. She never consulted with me before a hearing, cross examined without reviewing the case (even after the judge offered extra time) demanded a specific amount of alimony (again  without consulting with me) and it ended up being less than what I was getting.  Just a few of a long list of ignorant proceedings! Oh and this attorney is always LATE
