Very unprofessional. The woman answered the phone with an attitude. As for one of the drivers I  had, he took a tip without my consent.

OMG this cab service is the worst ever. And my ratings is not from the first experience but the 4th if not more and I keep calling them. The woman who Answers the phone her attitude is beyond nasty. And after so many complaints about that same person according to other ppl reviews am beginning to think wht is the relationship between the two that is the owner and the worker cause this is ridiculous now and she still has a job. Secondly they never gets the address right they call to tell u ur cab is out there and there's no cab outside ur house they at the wrong address after waiting Madd long for the cab to arrive. If I could have given this a ZERO (0) ratings believe u me I would. #nastyassworker.

Dispatcher very unprofessional, very rude, and nasty attitude. I will never recommend this car service to anyone. I rather pay more money for a different cab service then calling this cab service. I hope the owner sets up a training course for this woman, or else they will loose more business. I ended up calling a different cab service willing to answer any questions that I had, while being courteous to their customer.

Absolutely terrible service. I took the cab to be more on time and it was even later than the bus. Never again.
