The Lindholms are 3rd generation roofers. Thomas H. Lindholm started as a roofer in 1949. His son’s Tim and Bob, joined in the 1970′s and early 80′s. His grandson, Ryan Lindholm started roofing in the late 90′s, and his granddaughter Mallory Lindholm started in the early 2000′s. Our #1 goal is to be the best at what we do. Customers always come first. Lindholm Roofing is known as a dependable, honest and fair company dedicated to high quality work at good prices, resulting in one of the largest referral basis in the industry.

Lindholm was hired to install garage gutters, gutter guards, and to replace three roof vent pipes.  We were told the work would begin Apr 4.  Apr 4 came and went; no call, no show.  On Apr 5, I was emailed an invoice for the work that hadn’t even been started yet.  Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the crew that they would be there Apr 6 instead.  The crew (of one, it turns out) came Apr 6 and installed most of the gutters on the garage, but did not complete the work.  He said he’d be back on Apr 7.  On Apr 7, he called and let me know that he would be there Apr 10 instead.  He came Apr 10 and finished the gutters on the garage, and said he’d be back on Apr 11 to finish the work on the house.  
The work order he had indicated that two roof vents would be replaced, but I told him all three were to be replaced.  Two guys came Apr 11 to finish the gutter guards on the house and replace the vent pipes, and to do a bit of fixing on the gutters on the garage, which were dripping underneath from the previous day’s rain.  When they left, we asked them specifically if all three vent pipes were replaced and we were told that they were.  We could see that the third pipe had not been touched, and the other two looked terrible, twisted, bulging, and wrinkled.  
The crew of two returned Apr 26 to fix the work that was poorly done.  We were gone when they left, but we asked beforehand if the third vent pipe would be replaced, and we were told that it would be.  The next day we could clearly see, again, that the third pipe was untouched.  On May 2, the office emailed a new invoice with late fee because we had not paid.  I told the office we'd been lied to about the work being done and asked for pictures to prove that all the work was done.  On May 4, the crew came out and finally replaced the third vent pipe, and on May 10, we were emailed pictures of the work.
About a week after the work was finally completed, we noticed a bird nest in the gutter guards, even though we were told there were covers to fit over the ends.  Lindholm called to see if I received the pictures, and I explained the new problem.  
After a few more days, the initial project manager himself came out and discovered that gaps were left at the ends of the gutters, large enough for birds to enter and nest.  On the south side of the house, we discovered that the gutter guards had not even been installed on the complete length of the gutter; about one-fifth of the gutter had been left undone.  Even though we were sent pictures of the work, this segment of the gutter was strategically left out of the shot so that we would be deceived into thinking the work was complete.  The project manager did complete the work, and we were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the quality and efficiency of his work.  He also did confirm that the other work on the work order was performed; since we had never received a complete set of pictures that we had requested of the work, we still had no idea what had been done.  
The work never got completed by the crew, and we were deceived twice by them and sent deceptive pictures hiding the incomplete work.  The crew left debris in our yard for us to clean up, and they left tools at the site, a drill that we found in our yard and were able to return to them before they left and a caulking gun left hanging from our neighbor’s gutter that we did not discover until the day the project manager came out.  
We could never recommend Lindholm to anyone for any work.  Lindholm’s estimate was higher than any others we got, but we hired them because we thought we were getting their 70 years of family-run business experience that is advertised on the radio.  We did not.  We suggest that the reader of this review would save time, money, and headache if they just contacted one of Lindholm’s competitors.

We purchased a housefull of replacement windows installed from Lindholm. The rough openings made for a tricky installation, and Vasili brought the builder and installer together to look things over and they worked out a plan to install the windows we wanted with a slightly different framing than usual. It was even suggested that we get one window done first to make sure we like it before doing the rest. This was a much better experience than you get with most contractors. I highly recommend!

I have nothing but very positive comments. My contact with Lindholm Roofing dates back to 2008 when I met Mike Gabrione, manager. My most recent experience was my new roof last year. The crew was pleasant, extremely efficient, and wonderful cleaner-uppers. My neighbor was quite impressed.

Tom and Annette from Lindholm were knowledgeable and polite.  their quotes came in right in line with another one which we took . we decided on a company that was in our town.

The service was 4 years ago. Our roof leaks at 1 place and pours out into the garage. We called 5 different companies in the area and at that time only Lindholm would do repair so we went with them. They came out quick. The guy (I think the owner or the son) that came to estimate was very nice, he said he went to same Catholic school that my sons went. That made me feel even better and more confident, right. The price was a little stiff IMO, but whom could I trust better than a honest Catholic. We just wanted to get no more water in the garage so we went for it. Problem was it still leaks the SAME amount right after they were done. I called the office several times and left messages, hoping they would come and rectify it. NO call back whatsoever. I guess quick easy money for them, bad luck for us. That explained why they came out so quick while the 5 other companies were probably busy installing new roof.
