I've lived in Albany Park and been eating at Michoacan since 1997. Hands down, they have the best Mexican food I've had in the city. Their Beef and Chicken Caldo (soup) are the best. The meats, rice and beans are superb. Their tortillas and table salsas are homemade and delicious. The wait staff and cooks are all patient and kind. ..several times over the years I've forgotten my wallet and they've let me pay the next time I come in.

Best Mexican food I’ve ever tasted, my recommendation is the Bistec a La Mexicana and skirt steak burrito. I’ve tried el famous burrito, Taco Burrito King absolutely nothing beats it.

Prices is this restaurant are extremely high. A plate of steak is about $17.00 which is equal to a plate that one can eat at other restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory and/or California Pizza Kitchen. Employees are rude and do not bother to provide a good service. To current or future customers I recommend a taco place located in Lincoln and western. The have very delicious food. I have to say that this location lost a few customers today.
