My whole family takes their dogs here. All 6 dogs and several dogs were their time. We love Vince. He has taken my phone call when I had questions, even simple ones & has never been ugly or unkind. He texts us back & will even call if he is concerned. The nurses are wonderful. No one is "bubbly" in this office which suits us just fine. The whole institution strikes me as a place where they know what they are doing & want to help you & pet to be happy.

Well i used to have a very high opinion of this place, they have been wonderful in the past, very nice & courteous. I've always paid cash for any services.I actually recommended this vet to the lady when she asked where should i take her. Well today i was bringing a dog in for that friend to be spayed & within 2 minutes of walking in the door i was insulted by a gentleman Vet, wish i would of gotten his name. Anyway first words out his mouth was "no way shes fat, I mean obese. there is no way im touching her for the price of a paws certificate" He said "could you imagine once i cut into her all the stuff that's going to come out .(Actually no because im not a veterinarian nor a surgeon) He said "you need to starve her" I said what do you mean starve. He said "well what does it sound like, he said i mean feed her once every 3 days for a month" he said "then we will look at her again but im not even considering doing the surgery until then" Is she over weight? yes but there's no reason i should feel I'm being belittled over it and shes not even my dog, which he was informed of but it didn't slow down his insults one bit. I went from praising Lindsey's Vet & now I wouldn't go back to the place even if they offered free service. Horrible attitude. I'm sure if she were my dog and i was there to pay them cash like i have with all MY dogs previously he wouldn't of been nearly as nasty and/or as offensive as he was. I figure since i had a Paws certificate he thinks im someone with little money or low income so he felt it was OK to belittle me which is horrible. (remember i'm bringing this dog in as a favor for a friend that had no way). Someone needs to give this guy a class in customer service. I run a towing company and would fire any employee that approached any of our customers in that manner. I'm going to inform the dog owner to call Paws and set up another vet because i will not return or recommend this vet again.

My cat had to be groomed due to fleas. The clinic called my mom instead of calling me personally to check if ok to do labs. They failed to determine that he was in acute renal failure and they put him to sleep without ruling out kidney failure. The cat passed away and my family was very hurt with his loss. Never using this clinic again for their improper handling and incompetent diagnosing of my cat.

They have the most wonderful staff. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Everyone at Lindsay is so helpful and seem to really have a love for animals. I can't recommend them high enough.
