We've exclusively trusted Lindsey as our real estate agent for several years to show our rental property in Long Beach.  I can say that she is super professional, punctual and very attentive to detail.  Lindsey has always been very skilled at marketing the unit and has successfully had it rented very quickly with each of the many tenants.  She uses electronic documents to make things quick and easy for all parties to come to an agreement, and she's great with following up to make sure things go smoothly. Lindsey was so amazing to us! not only did she show us the apartment the same day I contacted her, but she made it a priority to get everything we needed done in order to move in. I was in a very tight time frame and she made it possible for us to move in at our desisted date by communicating herself with the landlord. She's very professional and always responds right away. I'm excited to have found someone who I feel comfortable working with and can completely rely on!

I hired Lindsey to find me a tenant to fill an apartment in a duplex that I had bought and also lived in.  It was important that I found not only a tenant willing and capable of paying top dollar for rent, but also was respectful and mindful of sound and noise that could be heard through the floor/ceiling.  It's been over six months and I seriously could not have asked for a better tenant and I owe it all to Lindsey.  Not only did she find me an amazing tenant that is so pleasant to live with, but someone who is responsible and pays on time every month.  Not only did Lindsey help fill the apartment, she provided a contract for both my tenant and myself to sign.  Every detail was covered and she did all this in record time!  I feel lucky to have had the pleasure of doing business with Lindsey and I look forward to doing business with her in the future.  She is worth every penny she charges!

I have worked on Lindsey on several occasions, she is very knowledgeable, and has filled units very promptly, with excellent tenants. I will continue to work with her in the future.
