I went today to this store to get a recliner chair. The sales person named Olga showed a chair which is made with bonded leather. I asked about durability and she said it can last 5 to 10 years. After reviewing this product online I found the information was incorrect and too optimistic. I also asked twice about discounts since I saw on their website that they are having a few discounts. She told me there are no discounts for this chair. I checked their website and I found that indeed there was a 25% discount.  I went to the store to get a refund and the cashier started arguing with me and made me upset, despite that I told her that I do not want to argue. She later said that she was concerned that I was going to write a review which might affect their business, but this is a free country and I can do it. In summary she was trying to manipulate me, so I do not write a review online. I think all of these are disgusting and low ethical way of doing business

Great selection of interior decor and more sales and discounts than we imagined.

We have bought bathrobes, kitchen ware, and interior decorations here. 

The quality is usually above average. The regular prices are high, but there are a lot of discounts and 50% sales, so it is affordable when you come at the right time.

Would I come back? Yes, definitely.

Should you go? Yes, higher quality than Homesense and more affordable than Bed Bath & Beyond.

Staff doesn't know what customer service is; they don't know the deals that they have in-store and for such a huge space, there are only two people on shift. Waste of time going in there when I could have just purchased online.

This place is much bigger than it looks from the outside, with a lot of selection.The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The only issue is that the signage was really unclear about what was on sale and what wasn't. I find it very misleading,  for example, when there are bright, large sale signs posted on shelves and displays that do not include any items that are part of the sale. Also, I think head office is responsible for programming sale items and they don't do a good job so you have to be very careful to watch when the sale is ringing up. My first total came to almost $500. When the sales staff went through each item (they were very nice and patient) the actual total came to just over $200. There were still a few items that were off calculation but with such a great Boxing Week sale, I wasn't going to quibble over $10 or $20.
