I love the staff at Dr. Link's office especially Ginger. She is always kind and helpful. I also love the little store -- so handy to stop in and get food that is good for you.

In my opinion, the receptionist Ginger is rude and a poor representative for this company, causing it to appear untrustworthy. It's foreboding to me when those in customer service, especially in the medical fields, give themselves permission, for whatever reason, to be disrespectful outwardly or inwardly to anyone, especially those who are already suffering. This comes across in the transaction. Granted, perhaps her boss/HR is unaware of who they really hired and how patients are being treated when she is unattended or the receptionist herself is unaware of her attitude and the essential job duties which come naturally to many. All I know for certain is the following: 1. She drove away thousands of dollars of business from me due to what I perceived as her demeaning and unsympathetic attitude towards complex medical ailments beyond her understanding and 2. It's basic to all true customer service professionals that it is necessary as part of the job to treat people with non-patronizing and authentic respect no matter what, especially when they are suffering or there is any kind of issue at all to be resolved.
