I placed an order on December 8, 2016. I still have not received any shipping information. Yesterday, December 19, 2016 I got an email for review. How am I supposed to review a product I've yet to receive? I've tried calling the company and it's either busy, or no answer. The one time I did get through I was told my item would be here before Christmas. I have a hard time believing that since I haven't even received any shipping information. Stay away from this company. Do your business elsewhere.

I had placed my order in the beginning of December knowing I was going to be in State College the day after Christmas but I wanted my sweatshirt before I had to travel as I am coming from Florida. Two weeks came and went and I decided to call. Just like the other reviews I got no answer and/or busy tone and no one would return my emails. Thankfully I have family up there and they went into the store for me with my order number. They gave my mother in law the sweatshirts that I had ordered right then and there. They were out of stock in the color I wanted for one of the sweatshirt but I settled on what they had and they refunded my shipping charges. I came up there and in the meantime I saw that my original order was then shipped the next day ( Dec.27th) and sent to my home in Florida. They had explained that they had been short staffed during the holidays and that all the college students had left to go home for the holidays. I am an understanding person but at the very least they could of sent out a mass email explaining the situation. So in the end I got my product twice and they refunded me some for the issues. The store itself is fine and I ended up buying some items while I was there but had I not of came to visit family who live there I probably would be in the same boat as everyone else.

I ordered items from the web site on December 22 hoping to have these items for the bowl game on January 2. The charged was pending on my credit card for a little over a week then it dropped off. Never posted and I never received the items. I never received any notice of this order not being filled. On January 5, I received a tracking number stating that the order was just sent. That is ridiculous to, first, think that it is acceptable (without any communication) to send an order 2 weeks after it is placed and second, to send bowl paraphernalia after the game is over.

I ordered online and got an awesome Big Ten Champs tee and sweatshirt for my husband! They have a huge selection and very reasonable prices! The store in State College is jam packed! We always order our Penn State gear from them!
