Nice wash and fold and dry cleaner in the LES. Dry cleaning service is excellent with a fast turn around and automated text notification when it's ready. 

Wash and fold service good, but more expensive than other options in the area.

Unreliable and terrible customer service. I signed up for their app after unsatisfactory experience with FlyCleaners, etc. At least, they were apologetic when they messed up and made reasonable reimbursements. Liox lost around 9-10 pairs of socks in two batches and came back with the most ridiculous excuses. My favorite was if it were to happen statistically, I must have had someone else's socks and that is not likely??? This is after making a comment about how underwear and socks are not guaranteed to make it back home, although they triple check (?) a list of everything (color/brand) that is sent to them. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is my favorite cleaners in the neighborhood! The staff is very polite and friendly, and I haven't once had an issue with any of my clothes. They send you texts when the clothes are ready which is nice. I've lived in this neighborhood for about a year and tried out several different places all only to be disappointed by the quality of work until I found this spot. I'm grateful that this place exists

Just tried out Liox Cleaners for the first time and I'm quite happy with their customer service. I messed up my drop off time (make sure you double check the time and date, the date picker is a bit confusing) and sent them an email at night asking if they could reschedule delivery for earlier. They responded quickly and rescheduled without hassle. 

Delivery guy is friendly, laundry smells nice, and the price is pretty standard. Only downside is the 2hr pick up/delivery window, I'd prefer a shorter window, and that the minimum charge is $20 (for 20lb laundry), so it's not worth it when you have smaller amounts.
