Beautiful natural area with play area including ramp and ropes

Lippold Park just opened (it still shows under development on the FVPD website).  Nice tree fort style playground and boardwalks through a pond/swamp area adjacent to the Fox River.  Good Park for kids 4+.  While wildlife activity was pretty minimal during our visit (it's November after all), it appears it will be a good spot to see frogs and other pond life in the Spring &  Summer.  The park is located just north of the Red Oaks nature center on Route 25/River St.

This place has gotten HUGE improvement over the past five years. Best place to hang out on the river.
