The sales lady "T" whom I dealt with most often is very knowledgeable and has a very interesting new age perception on reality. But... it's a small hole in the wall. Got to where on several visits they didn't have what i wanted. And what, i'd have to wait a week for the order... And what, there must be at least ten grow stores within 5 miles of the place. Well beyond the days of having to travel way into Massachusetts for Worm's Way. And... the grow light bulb return policy was cancelled. T said that like people were obviously taking advantage of it judging by the high level of bulb returns. I was surprised. Kept my mouth shut and started going elsewhere for bulbs. In a very short period of time I previously had several bulb issues myself... i even had a bulb shatter. And in 25 years of full time growing that only happened once before... So based on my many years experience I feel that their problem might lie in bulb handling treatment from the manufacturers to the store. And since i started buying my bulbs elsewhere have had no bulb return issues :)

T is awesome and runs that shop perfectly, super knowledgeable and isn't going to sell you something you don't need. The store has EVERYTHING and what you dont see out on the floor don't hesitate to ask because they will either find it in the back and or possibly order it. "Loose lips sink ships"

Nice store friendly staff. But I usually go elsewhere because of the hours they keep. Closed Sundays????
