I live in the Lisbon area and I called LP for non emergency to ask if they can please have a police officer patrol for speeders that tailgate ad bully ppl to speed I explained my recent experience to a woman named Kathy 4/27/19 and she abruptly interrupted me as I was speaking and said oh it’s lewiston drivers huh? I said well I have experienced this tailgating me on the road as I am driving the speed limit from both lewiston towards Lisbon area on rt 196 and also experienced it from Lisbon towards lewiston where drivers get mad at me for driving the 45 speed limit and then pass you by when the lines don’t allow for it and they get infront of you almost causing an accident she then huffed on the phone and sounded aggravated asked me my name I said at the time I don’t want to give out my name she responded with oh You don’t want to give your name hmmm um OK! I told her I just want a police officer to watch out for speeders bcs they can cause someone to crash I had my kid in the car she seem like she hated her job. I pay my taxes and expect the police to take the citizens requests seriously as to prevent anyone else from getting into a serious accident it’s sad she acted like I was bothering her when it’s her job to protect the ppl.
A few weeks ago my really expensive wallet was stolen from The Dollar General in Lisbon Maine. My wallet was full of cash , my social security card , debit/credit cards and so much more that had a lot of value to me. The cops watched the surveillance video and saw a male and vehicle which was in close contact to my wallet - the cops couldn't "make out his face" so he said the investigators where going to take it over ..... well it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't even got a call. But god forbid a police officers wallet gets stolen I'm sure he would have it back by now, especially with seeing the LARGE MALE and SILVER car on video. It blows my Mind how uncaring these police officers are .im single mother of 2 that had it all taken from me. Not one of you police officers cared to even give me a call about it. My family and I no longer trust you Lisbon Police Department, you let us down.

My girlfriend is constantly getting beat by her brother they get called and all they do is talk to him then he dose it the next day all they do is talk to him
Actually does their job unlike Lewiston police they're a joke
