A decent place to clean your teeth. Otherwise stay away! I went there for cleaning my teeth a few times and they kept instisting that I had cavities that needed to be filled. I never had issues with my teeth ever before. Had fillings done 4-5 years back and that was it. The supposed new cavities did not bother me at all so initially I did not go for the fillings. But they kept telling that it needed to be filled, and I gave in. Medically, the worst decision of my life! Immediately after they did those fillings, I started having severe pain in all filling areas. After another 3 visits there when they had the earlier fillings removed and did new fillings and having to take pain mediation for a month, I went for a second opinion. They now say that I will need a root canal! As I mentioned before, I never had any issues with my teeth and the cavities never bothered me. My mistake was listening to them to get the cavities filled! Ruined last few weeks of my life. Resulted in unwanted dose of pain medication, the expensive root canal procedure. Please stay away and save yourself! Absolutely terrible experience!

Went to have work done in December of 16. Had a couple fillings and Amante told me I needed a root canal. In fact, he said more than one tooth was borderline. I went to an endodontist who told me there was absolutely no indication for a root canal and actually laughed out loud when I told her this. I went and had that tooth repaired by another dentist who also confirmed that there was no need. Moreover, for the procedure I was in pain the entire time. When I let him know, he waited another couple of minutes and gave a bit more lidocaine but he proceeded far too quickly. Once the nerves in the teeth begin to send pain signals, more lidocaine doesn't work. So, because he moves entirely too fast and offers no comfort for his patients, I sat in pain the entire time. He treated the whole situation nonchalantly as if it's a normal occurrence. With a nerve block which is given for lower molars, one shouldn't feel a thing. Fast forward to over a year later and I received a hefty bill. Called to ask why and apparently "insurance didn't pay". Called the insurance company and no claim was ever submitted to them for reimbursement. Crooks here, would advise against going.

I am giving them a 3. For a few reasons. I will say this dentist is a good dentist. Michelle, who works at the front desk, well she is AMAZING. Super friendly, always has a smile on her face, and you can hear her smile in her voice. She is the definition of customer service, they definitely have a wonderful employee in her. Never let her go. The office is very nice, modern and technology is up there. The dentist, Dr. Amante, is an excellent dentist, but I have somewhat of a bad review for him. It may seem weird, how can I say he is excellent, but have a bad review. Well, because he really is a great doctor. Always on time, willing to fit you in on short notice. But, my problem is, I hadn't; been to a dentist in years. Didn't have dental insurance for many years, nor health. Now, I have a pretty decent dental plan. two of them actually, but at the time when I was a patient about 2 years ago. 2015. I initially met Dr. Amante to have my wisdom teeth removed. He did a fantastic job. Even putting in an implant on another tooth he had to remove. They even hooked me up with care credit to make the procedures more affordable even with my insurance. The implant was only covered 50 percent. Well he did a wonderful job, but there was still more work to be done. I had 3 teeth with bad cavities and they were in definite need of work. Well, I put it off, it's not their fault. I also needed a deep cleaning, and I missed the appointment. My fault again. My whole complaint here boils down to this. The deep cleaning was 3 times the amount that I just paid, and thats not just because I have 2 insurances, one of them covers it at 100 percent. So they are already 3 time the amount as my current dentist. And then, Dr.. Amante told me I needed two root canals to fix the cavities that I had. MY MAJOR COMPLAINT, I did not need those root canals. My current dentist was able to fill the teeth successfully, and put off any root canal any time soon. It wasn't just a cheap fix, I could afford the root canals. But, she ultimately felt that my teeth would be saved for now without root canals. So they are over priced, and instead of working to make my teeth stronger, he automatically jumped to a root canal. THIS WAS TWO YEARS AGO. I finally just had this issue taken care of now. in 2017. So please tell me why, over the past two years, with no dentist, why I was able to have these teeth fixed. But two years ago he wanted root canals. Hmm. So beware at times and get a second opinion, especially when its very expensive.

Although the service was amazing, i am very unhappy that there is no monthly payment plans. It seems they only can accommodate the people who came come up with over 1000. (Rich or well off) on the spot in order to get teeth started to be out of pain. feel like people like me have to go to places where quality gets sacrificed to get cheaper amount and monthly payments. Would love to habe a great dentist office like this. I knew too good to be true. Pain meds not working, still was up all night. This would have been the best place for my family and I. The receptionist dentist and all the staff are amazing! I felt very important. The receptionist Michelle even talk with dentist getting some of the amount down to start but still was way too much. Of course won't be able to get it done. I cannot have front teeth pulled and nothing put there. Appreciate the effort...

I have been going to Lisle Dental since I moved to the area and have never had a bad experience or second guessed a visit. They are very punctual when it comes to appointments, which is a one of the hardest things to find these days. The entire staff is very friendly, upbeat, and do a good job creating a positive office atmosphere. The staff is professional, do an excellent job explaining each procedure, and always follow up after the work is complete. If there is any question or concern post procedure they will find a place in their schedule for you to discuss and modify any issue you may have. They are very thorough and make sure you are 100% satisfied with the end result. You will appreciate the amount of pride they take in their work and do not up/oversell you on unnecessary items/procedures. They do a excellent job to create a relationship/trust with each patient, which is important to many. How many people can honestly say they are comfortable having someones hand in their mouth? Truthfully, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. You know you are in good hands with the Lisle Dental team.
