Excellent, beautifully curated exhibits. Learn about the rich history and traditions of this very quaint New England town! We saw the special exhibit on Litchfield's sporting history and really enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and the building itself is beautiful. The permanent collection is small but excellent, with some priceless treasures! Allow about 1 hour to explore the whole museum.
