Great place for some Boba Tea. There are many other drinks and snacks you can order, but I come for the Boba. I am greeted every time I walk in and they have even given me great suggestions. I have even done some work there on my laptop with their free Wi-Fi. This is a very nice place with some great customer service. 
I'm sure you could make great conversation with the employees/owners if you spoke their language, but the language barrier does not yield to its customer service..

A simple hole in the wall. However, if you need a LARGE portion of coolness to escape the heat, their shaved ice will help that out really well.

I don't live in SoCal anymore, but this place is so good that I will always stop by at least once (during my holiday visits) to get a mango ximilu or taro milk tea.  Both use real fruit/taro (respectively) and I love supporting this small business ran by a cute old Taiwanese couple.

The eight treasures crushed ice is delicious. I didn't have anything else here though.

This place has a lot of nostalgia for me.  I had my first boba milk tea here more than twenty years ago and this place remains unchanged. Fresh and delicious drinks, nice place to hang out
