Friendly neighborhood bar/restaurant. Food is tasty. Service good. Not so much Bohemian ambience though they do serve very good house-made kraut. A couple of other "old world" dishes like goulash, mostly American favorites like burgers, lasagna, batter fried perch.

This place is like a little slice of yesterday! The food was delicious and quite filling... we had the "famous" olive burger and a Lake Michigan perch sandwich and for dessert, we split the cherry bread pudding... yummmm!! All the while, Elvis was playing in the background... 😊 and the Grand Traverse Late Harvest Riesling is an 8oz. pour!!! Nice!!!

We ordered the eggplant appetizer, olive burger, spinach and swiss grilled cheese and the cherry bread pudding. All was excellent and grilled cheese was one of the best I've ever had.  Would have rated a five if service was a little more attentive. Would visit again. I like that they serve Northwood Sodas and their kids menu is affordable. Slightly pricey on apps and desserts but overall we thought worth it.

I love this place. As a Tennessee native, it reminds me of the great little family owned dive bars that are seemingly dwindling away from most towns. It's not pretentious and it's not trying to be. Drinks are great and the menu is extensive. Cool Elvis stuff everywhere. It's very clean and you can tell everyone takes pride in keeping this place a local legend.  I think I've just found my regular bar. TCB ya'll. ⚡🤘

The wait staff was rude, my food was cold, the Applecrest was dry. But the entertainment was good, and the atmosphere was relaxing. And the food was way overpriced.
