Such an amazing treasure to have in Richland county. We are members and go often but we are just excited for the new building. It's going to be so great!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
This is a great addition to downtown Mansfield. Wonderful place for kids. Able to run around pretty safely inside. Has different types of experiences for kids that can keep them busy all afternoon. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$11–15
This was a wonderful place to visit for a few hours. My 3 year old liked it a lot and it was fun watching him explore all the different areas. They had a little bank, dentist, optometrist and other fun areas set up.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$11–15
I've been here a few times over the years with my nieces and nephews and finally have a child of my own to bring here. It is an amazing place with so many fun things for kids to do! They can let their imagination run wild and get out tons of energy. The membership is well worth the money!
Our first visit at the new location we were not notified at time of entry that a field trip was going on , if I was told that at time of entry I would have came back later. With all the chaos going on of 2 bus fulls of kids my multiple food allergy child was fed something at the train table by another child! Our fun day could have been not so fun. ***Enforcement of eating at the designated eating area at time of entry for each visitor would be greatly appreciated and only take a couple seconds. Please consider doing this for the sake of food allergy children.
We went on Veteran's Day and I'm a veteran so it was free which was unexpected and cool. It's a great place for rainy day activities. There was a lot of people there and everything was scattered around. It was difficult to play play in an area due to this. There were multiple staff members trying to put things back but it was very busy.
It's a very cute place to bring your little ones! I have an 19 yr old austisc boy.. he didn't have the best of time but he still had a little fun.. they do have sensory bags which are very nice to have!Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$11–15
This glorified play area is geared for children ages 6 and under with many opportunities for imaginary play. Docents were constantly cleaning and organizing pieces and parts. I took 5, 7, and 9 year old grandsons promising them a bigger and better museum. Concrete floors and warehouse style building made it very noisy and cold. The best areas of the old museum such as water table, science area, magnetic ball roll and tree house with tunnels and slide are gone with no replacements at the current time. The “museum” area seemed smaller and boys wanted to go see “the rest of the museum” of which there was none currently. The 7 and 9 year old were bored with the children’s toys and opted to run around the circular display areas playing cops and robbers with other children their age. They may as well have been at the playground for free. Very overpriced.
I took my kids here. Its pretty much a big play area, where each area is a different job/career. I found that a little different but the kids had a good time nonetheless. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I'll bring them back.
Such a great place to let kids play and use their imagination. Several kids areas on two floors that will keep the kids occupied for hours. Visited here on President Day and it was busy but the space was large enough to accommodate the crowds. Stayed for 2 hours and would have stayed longer if it wasn’t for other plans we had. My daughter wanted to keep performing on the stage her favorite play area of them all It’s 9 dollars a person and some would say its expensive. I would disagree with that. For the amount of play areas you get, the price is worth it. Plus seeing your child play and use their imagination is worth it. Highly recommend this place for kids especially on a rainy or winter day.
