Isn’t their slogan “HOT-N-READY”? I got to the establishment and there was a car waiting for their pizza, I order a classic pepperoni pizza and they say I have to wait 8-10 min because the only have the extra pepperoni one. It might not be the case, but it gives the impression that they were trying to push the older pizzas or the more expensive ones Because I’m sure management has an idea of their traffic and what’s going on in their store
This is my local Little Caesars I have been coming here for over 8 years at least once a month, 4-5 years ago they were solid. Now they never have the Hot-N-Ready available, they only have the extra most bestest Hot-N-Ready available.. every time I come here they say the same thing.. I have been working in Georgia for over a year and over there the quality of the little Ceasars is over the top, fresh pizza with good amount of cheese and great crust taste.. over here this one on Mesa, is terrible, almost no cheese, the extra most bestest of this location is absolute TRASH. Please start making better pizza, STOP the NO HOT-N-READY BS.
The worst little caesars ever, they will literally lie to you just to make a sale, showed up at 4:15 and got offered a three meat combo, was charged extra for the sauce without me knowing and even though i asked if the three meat pizza was ready and even after they stated it was ready and had not to wait, after receiving my ticket, i was told to park in the front and wait for my pizza. Been here for over 15 minutes. If i knew i was going to wait i would of gotten a pizza worth the wait. This is the only place in El Paso that will lie to your face in order to make a small sale. So unproffesional, and this is coming from a Store Manager itself. Outrageous wait time for
Lazy people that worked at little caesars pizza. When they slow and or busy it's a long wait. You tell them how you want your pizza and they do it how they want it to be done, but also give you other people 's pizza that's been sitting for awhile because they didn't want it to keep from making you a fresh pizza. I don't recommend purchasing a pizza from this establishment. They need to get their house in order.
Deep dish is good, but it already happened twice where they tell me to wait outside and they’ll take my order and they forget…Food: 4/5
The two young men working tonight were very impressive in their ability to hold the place down. The place was extremely busy and they only had two people. A line of customers in the drive-thru, parking lot, and lobby. These guys deserve more pay for what the have to deal with. It's the weekend and they have very little staff to support them. I recommended you guys add another guy to the crew. Perfectly made pizza even during the rush! Thanks to these guys your business is still ok.
Skip this location! Look at the reviews. They don't know how to make pizza. After LC kept advertising FB & TV Comercial their Detroit deep dish pizza I decided to give it a try and it was literally messy under baked dough balls! Ewwww!!!

Haven't bought from Cesar's much lately but tonight i thought let's save some money and have a nice large sausage pizza. The girl looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for a large sausage pizza like she never heard of it and literally had to go ask someone what it was. The pizza looked like they never made a pizza before.
