Under cooked pizza. I have bad stomach ache due to this. Careless people. Don't think about customers. I think soon they will get lawsuit from all the customer who ate raw pizza and are suffering.Food: 1/5

ordered for the first time cause the prices looked good. delivery was fast, everything was looking up.  then i got the pizza, and the first bite revealed undercooked dough. took another bite thinking maybe I was crazy. nope, undercooked all the way through. customer service line never responds or calls back.  disgusting experience, but hey, I know better then to ever order from this chain ever again.

Called to ask a question halfway thru lady hung up on my ok Put my order in thru GH Pizza was undercooked Missing my crazy breads Buffalo wings dry even tho I asked for extra sauce Called back to complain they tried to blame the GH driver for my missing item driver walked back to her car to double check

The EXTRAMOSTBESTEST THIN CRUST PEPPERONI doesn't have anything extra than a normal pie. Taste just as good as a regular pie. Also, didn't get notification that my order was ready.

Absolutely unprofessional, disastrous & worst pizza franchise I have visited.  I placed an order online which was paid for and arrived after 20 min. They didn't even start my pizza nor could they search by my order number. When she finally found it, I had to wait an additional 20 min.  I ordered 2 "extramostbestus" which is supposed to have more cheese but just got regular cheese pizza that tasted like cardboard.  These Bangladeshi store owners need to realize that this is not the homeland as they are used to subpar service and quality.  Absolutely will not return!

I ordered reservations I came 45 minutes late still I don’t see my pizza , after 10 minutes I asked them where is my pizza They asked my name They saying they don’t made yet because if don’t come pick up than I had wait another 15 minutes. So total 1 hour 10 min I got my pizza

Used to be great.  Recent orders skimp on cheese and sauce - dry pizza.  Will not be ordering again!

Little Ceasars has good pizza. However i gave it 3 stars due to the fact that i ordered it from the app. I got to the store to pick it up and the food wasnt even started.

Ordered 2 cheese pizza and got very little cheese and very little sauce. Little Caesers pizzas are usually very good but this location is the worst place in entire nyc.

Had to order 10 pizzas online and i hot todays date instead on tomorrow. Last time I had a big order they called right after I placed it to make sure the date and number of pizzas was correct. Well I get a call they are ready today and I said sorry I had put the wrong date. The worker says my sorry did not matter, that he had to pay for them, and he would lose his job and hung up. So I called back and said I would come now and he said if I dont he will toss the food out. I will np longer uses them for future parties.
