I have been to this one before and never had the experience I just had tonight and would rather travel to Fairlawn or Dublin now. We tried to call in an order and was on hold for a good 5 minutes. Drove there and employees loitering outside the store hanging with friends. Customers in front of us got waited on and as soon as we approached the counter the employees scattered. Employee waited on two people at the drive thru but never asked us if she could help us. 15 minutes later and we walked out pizza less. Poor customer service and unprofessional.

Most unprofessional and inappropriate experience I have ever experienced. First impression, the inside waiting area was 20 degrees, so cold you could literally see your breath. Second, waited over 20 minutes for a single pizza and crazy bread in which time several people who had come in after me, received their orders before I did. After asking the person up front to check on my order, come to find out it had been sitting on the front counter for 10 minutes and was cold by the time I had received it. Most importantly, the manager on duty 3/8/18, approximately 5 o'clock, needs to be fired for reasons which should be reported to human resources. In a frightening and aggressive manner, he yelled across the back of the store at another employee to stop taking his drive through orders, so loud and angry that I thought he may actually harm the women. In another instance, he yelled again saying, "If ya'll don't keep these warmers filled, I will kill you. Literally, I will kill you." All being said, there was a new employee that was learning the job, clearly his first day, and this was his experience. If I was that employee, or quiet frankly any of the employees there, I would have walked out immediately. I feel so bad for all the employees there. To all the employees there, keep working hard and outshine the people who intentionally make your job harder. Things will get better and I hope that from this review this manager will get corrective action.

Little Caesars deep dish threemeat pizza is a new favorite around our house. At least 2x-3x a month, we get one for dinner.

I'm going to give 3 stars for simple fact the DM Karen and Co-manager Chris are top notch! Not only did they make some of the best pizza and cheese bread we've ever had outta that place they are the true smiling faces of what management should be! Above and beyond! Had it not been for them I would give -3 stars if possible! AMAZING AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Paul "the new GM" Honey not so much! Never have I ever been treated so disrespectful by a customer service manager EVER! Called to complain about being served RAW undercooked over sauced pizza and he blatently threatened to refuse service to me if I kept questioning his customer service skills....
